Tony Zolla, Chief Product Officer

Tony Zolla serves as chief product officer for Cars.com. In this position, Zolla is responsible for defining Cars.com’s product strategy for both consumers and advertiser customers, and overseeing the development and launch of new products while guiding the innovation of existing properties.



Zolla joined Cars.com in 2016 from the $2 billion retailer Redbox, where he served as senior vice president of product and customer experience. He also served as vice president of digital product management, user experience and technology at Ticketmaster where he led global ecommerce product management, UX design, product engineering, and technical operations for the company’s marketplace offerings. Prior to that, Zola held a number of product and technology roles for retailers including Ulta Beauty, Walmart and Sears.



Zolla holds a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management; a master’s degree in ecommerce technologies from DePaul University, and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Loyola University Chicago.



In his free time, Zola enjoys spending time with his family and is a car enthusiast.
